Moon Shine
The sky can be clear and the reflection of the moon can affect the things that we do. That's the time when our thoughts are not just thoughts and our ideas are not just ideas. Stars shine to ignite our inner most feelings. The moon glows as it firmly stays complete and full circle. Who do you want to shine like, yourself or someone else? I'm just saying people when the full moon shines, we all do not see the same sight. Some of us see change, while others feel the need not to rearrange. The choice is yours to see things from your own perspective, but I can clearly see the stars aligned.

Circle
The circle of life takes us on an unexpected journey. It shows us so much by giving us what we need and revealing what we don't. We often think that we have this thing called life figured out but we don't. We think that we want this or need that, and then the Creator gives us what we deserve...good and bad. How many times has he tried to give us what we deserve and we were just too occupied by unnecessary drama? At some point we get it, and the sooner the better. Time waits for no one and neither does love. I'm just saying people, it makes the world go around and it is due to be reclaimed any day, because it's much more than a four letter word. It's the very thing that some spend their entire lives trying to find over and over again, and in some cases it never leaves...it simply waits for you to return.

Real Love
Topic of the week..."Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married Too." It's a great movie, a must see for anyone that has the desire to get married. While driving yesterday a radio announcer asks, "Why are so many married couples trying to get out of their marriage?" "Is the honor of marriage gone?" The inability to get through the busy phone lines made me reflect, amongst other things. Maslow's hierarchy suggests that we as individuals want to be accepted, valued, and secure. Self actualization is the last phase and usually happens after we make difficult, life changing decisions. Are we choosing to marry the right ones? A marriage is not one size fits all. The adversity and triumphs that we may endure may lead to sustainability in one relationship and dysfunction in another. In other words, just because a previous partner accepts you as you are it doesn't mean other partners will. Ultimately, it's who we choose, why we choose them, and when we choose them. I'm just saying people, we've let exterior influences contaminate our purest emotions for too long. Let's get back to the basics of real love.

Significant Weather
It's true, your world is only as big as you make it. If you entertain insignificant individuals they'll give insignificant entertainment in return. Your rainy days will seem like tornados, and your sunny days will be cloudy. Meaningless relationships can only bring a meaningless future to you. Who wants that? I'm just saying people, live with the anticpation of the perfect storm. Watch the sunset, sit on the ground, feel the earth move, and stay in tune with you. There's no better meterologist than yourself to dictate what your weather will be like. A lifetime of perfect weather is nothing short of desireable.

Lyrically Yours
Lyrics encourage us to sing, love, dance, dream, hope, and imagine. Songs awaken our senses with every verse and bridge. Albums create a visual reality that lies dormant in our souls. We need music because it comforts, soothes, and makes us groove. Music enhances a good day and eases a bad one. Music brings peace of mind to the diverse world that we live in. The rhythm of an individual heart is different from the next, but it's music. The cadence of individuals strides constantly plays in the background of their minds. I'm just saying people, we know the words to our songs. We understand the lyrics because daily we produce the ultimate album...conversations.

Royal Blue
I can't help but notice all the commotion about Monique lately. The negative remarks can overshadow her phenomenal accomplishment...Academy Award winner. Monique is only the fourth African-American woman to receive such an honor in 82 years. Some people feel that she is arrogant about her win. I feel that she is confident about herself. She always pays homage to the greatness that came before in everything that she does, hence her blessings will always be unlimited. I'm not surprised at Sammy J, because he is very opinionated towards actors that are not classically trained like himself. I'm just saying people, sometimes we forget that just because our blood lines are tainted it doesn't mean it's not royal. We are royal just as Monique, Sandra, Meryl, and Gabourey all are. That's exactly why Monique's dress fits the occasion.

Sweetest Taboo
The things that we fear the most, may be the remedies for our souls. Humans are just individuals, yet the acts that we committ enlightens nature too. The blessings from the rain offers us peace. The strength from the Sun offers us energy. The oxygen from our plants offers us tranquility. The sphere of life evolves with our participation. Our thoughts are infused with the grass we walk on, because of the seeds we sow. Our love is tainted from the involvement of every human we know.
